Qualified applicants will have the following: 1-2 years solid customer service experience in a related industry;strong communication skills; ability to multitask and contribute to a fast pace environment; line management, and previous sales experience is a plus;4 year degree; must have a valid drivers license and excellent driving record; ability to drive multiple types of vehicles (automatic); ability to project a professional appearance; ability to read and understand driving directions and maps; ability to engage in verbal interaction with customers; proficiency in English.

Helping Hands Chore Service provides companion and homemaker services to seniors in Barkhamsted, Colebrook, New Hartford and Winsted/Winchester. We are seeking a part time (16 to 20 hours a week) Program Coordinator. The Coordinator‘s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing day to day operations, including planning and reporting
- Supervising caregivers and coordinating schedules
- Managing existing client relationships and recruiting new clients
- Working closely with the towns served as well as regional and state agencies / organizations
- Providing community outreach and education for the program
A qualified candidate will have experience working in the human services field and have demonstrated supervisory skills.
